Until enrolment has been completed, website pre-clearance cannot be processed on this page. In the meantime, please use either the SMS route (33282) or simply phone in to Visitors Pre-Clearance (011 468 3001). We apologise for the inconvenience but you will find the SMS route the most efficient. Here’s how it all works:
SMS Pre-Clearance Procedure

In the body of the SMS, enter KE followed by a space.

Enter the number of times your visitor will return to the estate on the same day. (1 should be standard)

For same day booking, sendmessage now.

To book for a future date, enter a space after the number of times your visitor will return to the estate followed by the day number. Day numbers previous to the current date will make a booking for the following month.

Only residents whose cell phone numbers are registered with our database are allowed to pre-clear.

A password should also have been issued.

As soon as you have sent a requestor made a phone booking, you will be sent a 5 digit pin which you then forward to your visitor.

You will receive a message when your visitor arrives

You will be restricted to 1 visitor per SMS code and the anti-passback rule will prevent more than 1 visitor entering with the same code.

Visitors will be allowed to exit the next day

To cancel, phone the control room and the operator will remove the booking.
