Kyalami Estates is one of the earliest examples of a development enclosed by a security wall with 24-hour controlled access.

But it is more than that, combining all the benefits of urban convenience with the tranquillity and space of a rural environment thanks to extensive parklands and a natural wetland.

When Anglo American Properties conceived the idea of developing Kyalami Estates way back in 1988, they did so with the specific objective of providing a safe and secure neighbourhood that embraces the best of modern lifestyles with a charming character and quality of life.

They set out to provide an appealing environment with extensively landscaped sidewalks and spacious and attractively laid out parklands with paved walkways, well located children`s play areas and picnic and braai areas.

The extent to which this has been achieved, is borne out by the ongoing demand for property in the Estate, despite a complete absence of any form of marketing or promotion.

There is easy access to a wide range of shopping, medical and educational facilities. The choice is made even more extensive by the positioning equi-distant from Johannesburg city centre, Pretoria city centre, the East Rand and West Rand, with Sandton City and Centurion in between.
